Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Items returned in a condition that prevents resale may be denied a refund.

How It Works

  1. Submit a return request through our Contact Page.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
  3. After we inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund, store credit, or exchange—depending on your preference and eligibility.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We do not currently offer prepaid return labels.

Store Credit Perks

Prefer store credit? You’ll receive an extra 10% bonus when you choose store credit over a refund.
Example: return an item worth $100, get $110 in store credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend requesting store credit and placing a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Limited Release or Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, altered, or washed items
  • Items returned after 30 days
