  • Tracking information is sent by email and appears in My Account → Orders.
  • U.S. delivery typically arrives in 5–14 days.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Order edits or cancellations are possible in My Account until the order ships.
  • Eligible items can be returned within 30 days, unworn and in original packaging.
  • Start and manage returns in My Account.
  • Refunds process 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Store credit includes a 10% bonus.
  • Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Direct exchanges are not offered. Use store credit to reorder.
  • Product pages include fit notes and materials.
  • Some collections include size charts.
  • Care instructions come with the item. A general Care Guide is coming soon.
  • Some items are limited release and may not be restocked.
