We review these submissions with care and reach out when we see a potential fit. Some connections may begin as short projects or partnerships, others may develop into long-term roles as the company expands.

Our interview and feedback process
Every submission receives a personal response. If we do not move forward, we provide written feedback. We strive to maintain clear and respectful communication throughout the process.
- Interview 1: phone call with the Hiring/Ops Manager.
- Interview 2: video conversation with the Hiring/Ops Manager and possibly the Founder.
- Final meeting: in person with the Founder and Hiring/Ops Manager, if relevant to the role.
We treat hiring as collaboration. We keep the process personal, fair, and creative.
