Brand & Marketing Partner
Overview
ISY is seeking a self-driven brand and marketing partner who can build, test, and scale a system that creates consistent visibility and revenue. This is a leadership role for a creative operator who makes decisions and delivers measurable results. The priority is a repeatable process that strengthens our presence and supports future team members.
This begins as a commission or short-term contract. If the system functions properly, the role transitions to a salary or equity track. We will shape the structure with the right person.
What will you lead
- Develop a marketing and content system that drives measurable sales and awareness.
- Set the structure for web, email, and social channels with clear roles and workflows.
- Run a consistent content cadence that supports drops and collaborations.
- Select tools and reporting that scale cleanly.
- Develop methods that motivate and support sales associates by leveraging data.
- Work directly with leadership to track goals and refine the system.
Who you are
- Experienced in brand development, e-commerce marketing, or digital strategy.
- Comfortable working independently and presenting a clear plan.
- Connects storytelling, analytics, and commerce.
- Tests ideas, reviews data, and adjusts quickly.
- Open to flexible pay structures, including future equity.

- Direct collaboration with our Operations Team.
- Industry introductions and references.
- Resume feedback and recommendations if we part ways.

- A simple, replicable system that produces sales without heavy manual effort.

- Clear reporting on what works and what does not.
- A defined structure that future hires can plug into.
Compensation
- Commission or project-based, with set checkpoints.
- Path to salary or equity after proof of concept.
Our interview and feedback process
Every applicant receives a personal response. If we do not move forward, we provide written feedback.
- Interview 1: phone with the Hiring/Ops Manager.
- Interview 2: video with the Hiring/Ops Manager and possibly the Founder.
- Final interview: in person with the Founder and the Hiring/Ops Manager.
